Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare food according to recipes, specifications, and presentation standards * Maintain stock inventory, ensuring storage areas are tidy and products stored properly * Label and store all food safely with accurate dates * Monitor and record daily food temperature checks * Ensure production areas are kept clean and safe at all times * Handle kitchen equipment safely and report any malfunctions promptly * Supervise health, safety, and hygiene compliance within the kitchen * Report workplace incidents, performance issues, or equipment faults to higher authority * Adhere to grooming and appearance standards * Perform other duties as assigned to support operations

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Western cuisine or similar kitchen environment * Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices * Ability to manage stock and kitchen operations effectively * Good teamwork and communication skills * Attention to detail and high standards in food preparation and presentation
