Responsibilities and Duties

* Welcome and attend to guests with warm Italian hospitality * Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately * Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of dining areas and tables * Promote menu items and assist guests with recommendations * Handle basic administrative duties as required * Learn and use system software and mobile devices for service operations * Support smooth restaurant operations, including split shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Qualifications and Requirements

* Well-groomed, cheerful, and positive attitude with good communication skills in English * Keen interest in customer service and F&B * Basic administrative knowledge preferred * Fast learner with ability to adapt to software and devices * Able to commit to required shifts, weekends, and public holidays * For Supervisory Level: - Minimum 1 year of relevant F&B experience - GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent
