* Prepare and organize workstations with all necessary ingredients and tools. * Execute food preparation tasks such as chopping, butchering, and sauce making, ensuring efficiency and precision. * Cook menu items in collaboration with other kitchen staff, maintaining consistency and quality. * Receive, report, and follow instructions from senior kitchen personnel. * Maintain a clean and organized workstation, properly storing leftover food. * Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of supplies. * Coordinate with the team to ensure food is served simultaneously, at high quality, and within timely parameters. * Adhere strictly to all nutritional, sanitation, and safety regulations. * Foster a positive and professional atmosphere with colleagues and customers.
