SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a proactive and engaging individual to join our team as a Sales & Marketing Supervisor. In this role, you will be key in nurturing our existing customer relationships while actively seeking out new business opportunities. You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term connections and ensuring their needs are met. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential for success in this role. You will also support the manager in various team-related tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Cultivate strong relationships with current customers and actively identify and pursue new business opportunities. * Serve as the main point of contact for clients, diligently addressing their requests and fostering long-term partnerships. * Address and resolve any client concerns or feedback in a professional and timely manner. * Demonstrate a strong understanding of our offerings and communicate effectively with clients. * Possess the ability to work autonomously while also contributing positively to a team environment. * Provide support to the manager in tasks such as staff scheduling.
