Responsibilities and Duties

* Support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant. * Assist in maximizing the overall performance and efficiency of the outlet. * Identify and implement solutions to address recurring issues within the restaurant. * Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members as needed. * Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation throughout the restaurant. * Ensure that every guest's dining experience is positive and well-attended to.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Leads by example and promotes a strong sense of teamwork and unity within the staff. * Has prior experience working in a restaurant or a hotel/resort setting. * Can adapt to managing service in both indoor and outdoor dining areas. * Possesses experience in overseeing monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) performance. * Has knowledge of F&B Point of Sale (POS) systems, and beverage mixing skills are a plus. * Is willing and able to work shifts as required.
