Responsibilities and Duties

*Oversee and guide kitchen staff during food preparation and service to maintain consistency and quality *Ensure that hygiene, cleanliness, and equipment standards are always upheld *Collaborate on menu development, staff training, and inventory processes *Take charge in the absence of the Sous Chef, including running team briefings and shift coordination *Help manage kitchen workflow and resources efficiently to meet budget goals

Qualifications and Requirements

*At least 3 years of relevant kitchen experience in a leadership or supervisory role *Solid culinary expertise with strong leadership and time management skills *Ability to work a rotating 5 or 6-day week *Willing to commit to long shifts (average of up to 60 hours per week) *Salary up to $3,900 (basic), with overtime pay depending on experience *Work location: Orchard or Dempsey
