Responsibilities and Duties

* Learn to contribute to the future direction and success of the restaurant. * Develop expertise in managing budgets, controlling costs, and planning inventory effectively. * Participate in the planning and execution of activities aimed at increasing sales. * Take an active role in ensuring the highest standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness in all restaurant operations. * Learn to oversee daily store operations, manage cash handling, and coordinate shift schedules. * Support the management of a high-performing team and contribute to the development of their skills and talents. * Participate in recruitment efforts, training programs, and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A Degree, Diploma, Higher Nitec, or Nitec qualification in any field of study. * High energy levels and a genuine passion for creating positive experiences for customers. * A strong drive and resourcefulness to achieve results. * Developing management skills with the potential to lead and motivate a team. * Willingness and ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays (on a 5-day work week).
