Establish and maintain high standards for quality, efficiency, and cleanliness. Identify areas needing improvement and implement effective solutions. * **Ensuring Financial Health:** Develop and manage budgets, forecast sales trends, and control operational costs. Monitor labor and food cost efficiency. Analyze financial performance reports and implement necessary corrective actions. * **Elevating the Guest Experience:** Ensure every guest enjoys a memorable and delightful visit. Address customer feedback and resolve complaints with professionalism and care. Collaborate with the culinary team on menu planning, pricing strategies, and presentation. Maintain the restaurant's ambiance and service flow, considering everything from music and lighting to table settings and décor. * **Fostering Community and Growth:** Work with marketing efforts to enhance the restaurant's visibility through various campaigns and public relations. Build strong relationships with local businesses, event organizers, and media contacts. Promote private dining and event bookings. * **Maintaining Compliance and Safety:** Ensure adherence to all food hygiene, workplace safety, and licensing regulations. Maintain security protocols and emergency preparedness procedures. Uphold responsible alcohol service practices and ensure POS system accuracy.
