Description

This role is ideal for a driven and results-oriented individual with a technical background and a passion for sales. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by providing technical expertise and support to customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Possess in-depth knowledge of product pricing, costs, profitability, market acceptance, distribution channels, and competitive dynamics. * Provide technical support and expert advice to customers to address their inquiries and concerns. * Increase sales through direct customer contact and by developing and managing relationships with new and existing channel partners. * Regularly track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and identify areas for improvement. * Be willing to undertake other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering is preferred. * 1-3 years of relevant experience in a sales role. * Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and OneDrive. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and build strong relationships. * Ability to analyze customer needs, identify solutions, and provide effective technical support. * A strong work ethic and a focus on achieving sales targets.
