An Italian restaurant is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join its team. This role supports the F&B Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and leading a team of service staff to uphold the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist the F&B Manager in managing and supervising daily restaurant operations * Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages * Explain menu items and make recommendations to guests * Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper table settings are maintained at all times * Lead and motivate a team of 6–8 service staff * Conduct in-house and on-the-job training for staff members * Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations * Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly

Qualifications and Requirements

* 8–10 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry * Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills * Ability to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays * Willingness to commit additional hours during staff shortages or special events * Proficiency in POS ordering systems * Knowledge of Italian cuisine and beverages is an advantage * Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Outlet Executive
