We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to manage the daily operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant environment, leading a diverse team and maintaining exceptional service standards. This role requires a blend of leadership, technical understanding, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage the facility's daily workflow and activities. * Establish and enforce safety and security protocols, creating and implementing site-specific policies. * Conduct routine inspections and upkeep of systems and equipment, including emergency response systems. * Respond effectively to emergencies, adhering to established protocols and documenting incidents. * Lead and evaluate team performance, conduct reviews, and maintain accurate employee records. * Provide constructive guidance to foster a positive and productive work environment. * Manage the recruitment process, including interviewing and onboarding new employees. * Define project objectives and oversee their completion, managing schedules and tracking progress. * Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. * Ensure adherence to all applicable company and regulatory standards, including licensing and contractual agreements. * Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding products and services.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in business management or a related discipline. * Current CPR and First Aid certifications. * Significant experience in a management or supervisory capacity. * Proficiency in various computer operating systems and software. * Ability to comprehend and interpret technical documentation. * Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. * Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a large, varied workforce. * Capacity to build and maintain strong professional relationships with staff and clients. * Effective project management skills. * Ability to perform effectively under pressure. * Professional conduct and demeanor.
