Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage the entire food creation process, overseeing all related kitchen tasks. * Strategically plan and procure all necessary ingredients and equipment, proactively addressing potential supply issues. * Ensure the kitchen workspace is consistently clean, organized, and properly stocked, adhering to the highest sanitation standards. * Strictly enforce and maintain all health and safety regulations. * Regularly track and manage inventory levels of essential supplies. * Coordinate and oversee necessary equipment maintenance and repairs. * Maintain accurate records of employee timekeeping and compensation. * Complete any additional tasks as directed by management. * Promote a positive, collaborative, and respectful work environment among all kitchen staff. * Supervise and guide the work of all kitchen team members. * Manage all aspects of kitchen staff recruitment, training, and development. * Evaluate and manage staff workload and compensation fairly.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Significant, demonstrable experience as a lead kitchen professional. * Proven expertise in managing all facets of a professional kitchen environment. * Demonstrated ability to effectively delegate tasks and monitor progress. * Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
