As a Front-of-House Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience by managing bookings, offering knowledgeable menu and beverage recommendations, and supporting daily operational tasks. Responsibilities and Duties

*Welcome guests warmly and manage table allocations and reservations efficiently *Provide detailed information about the menu, including food and wine pairings *Monitor and uphold strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices *Oversee the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area *Check inventory levels regularly and coordinate ordering of necessary supplies *Maintain and balance cash drawers and handle petty cash transactions accurately *Support team members to ensure seamless daily operations and service quality

Qualifications and Requirements

*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills *Strong attention to cleanliness, presentation, and customer satisfaction *Familiarity with basic food safety practices and hygiene standards *Comfortable with handling POS systems and basic cash management *Previous front-of-house or customer service experience is a plus *Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
