Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, fostering a welcoming and positive atmosphere. * Coordinate all front-of-house and back-of-house activities to guarantee efficient and smooth service. * Educate and mentor team members, both new and existing, on delivering exceptional customer experiences. * Handle staff development, scheduling, and performance reviews. * Organize and supervise shifts, ensuring optimal staffing levels. * Resolve customer issues promptly and offer effective solutions. * Maintain strict adherence to all safety and sanitation standards. * Control operational expenses and implement strategies to minimize waste. * Stay informed about industry trends and develop innovative practices to enhance efficiency. * Generate and present operational reports. * Analyze sales data and forecast trends to maximize profitability.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of two years of relevant experience in food and beverage operations. * Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. * Availability to work weekends and public holidays. * Strong ability to work rotating shifts.
