Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage the daily operations of your designated kitchen station, consistently delivering high-quality dishes. * Contribute to the creation of new menu items, recipes, and techniques, and refine existing dishes. * Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. * Support the development of team members by setting performance goals. * Assist in ordering and maintaining optimal inventory levels. * Follow established procedures for proper food storage, inventory management, and equipment handling, minimizing waste. * Foster a collaborative team environment through effective communication with other departments. * Work closely with chefs of all levels, contributing to a cohesive kitchen team. * Complete tasks as assigned by management. * Prepare food according to established kitchen standards and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements
