Description
We are looking for a Western Sous Chef to support daily food production and maintain high culinary standards across multiple outlets. Responsibilities and Duties
* Prepare food according to recipes, specifications, and presentation standards * Maintain stock inventory and ensure proper labeling and safe storage of all products * Conduct and record daily food temperature checks * Keep production areas clean, safe, and well-organized at all times * Handle kitchen equipment safely and report malfunctions promptly * Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety, and sanitation practices * Report workplace incidents, performance issues, or equipment needs to management * Adhere to grooming and appearance standards while upholding company values * Perform additional duties as assigned to support kitchen operations
Qualifications and Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Western cuisine or similar kitchen environment * Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices * Good communication and teamwork skills * Ability to manage stock, maintain standards, and work under pressure * High attention to detail and commitment to quality
