Sales Specialist / Engineer

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Specialist/Engineer to join our growing team. In this key role, you will be instrumental in driving the sales and adoption of our innovative AI-driven smart lighting solutions within the dynamic retail sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales cycle.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retail market, actively generating new sales leads. * Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial customer discussions and preparing quotations to negotiating orders, reviewing contracts, and providing post-sales support. * Develop and execute effective sales plans to achieve ambitious sales objectives and monthly sales targets. * Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations, effectively communicating product knowledge to both new and existing clients, including architects, lighting consultants, interior designers, and other B2B customers. * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique business needs and providing exceptional customer service. * Professionally represent the company at trade exhibitions, industry events, and product demonstrations. * Prepare accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts as requested by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience within the retail industry is highly preferred. * A strong passion for sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. * Thrive in a dynamic team environment and confidently navigate a fast-paced work environment. * Meticulous and organized with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to build strong client relationships. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively address client challenges and find solutions. * A collaborative team player with the ability to effectively work with colleagues and cross-functional teams. * Experience in project sales and large tender preparation is a significant advantage.
