Responsibilities and Duties

* Establish and maintain an organized filing system. * Manage all special requests related to the booking process through the sales department. * Handle communications related to function space bookings, including contracts and proposals. * Relay event-related information to internal departments or the relevant hotel. * Participate in sales meetings and other hotel-related functions. * Conduct telesales activities. * Assist with site inspections at the hotel or coordinate such inspections on a regional level. * Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and conduct when interacting with hotel guests, clients, and colleagues. * Maintain business confidentiality as required. * Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and other relevant software. * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude. * Experience in the sales or hospitality industry is a plus.
