Responsibilities and Duties

*Prepare and cook a wide variety of café-style dishes, including breakfast items, sandwiches, salads, soups, pastries, and daily specials. *Consistently ensure food quality, presentation, and flavor meet or exceed customer expectations. *Design and update diverse, seasonal menus that cater to customer preferences and dietary requirements. *Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and proactively manage ingredient procurement. *Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations by following proper culinary techniques and hygiene practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

*Proven experience as a Chef in a café or similar food service environment. *Strong knowledge of menu development, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations. *Creative flair with the ability to design visually appealing and flavorful dishes. *Excellent time management and organizational skills. *Understanding of food safety protocols and applicable regulations.
