Responsibilities and Duties

- Operate kitchen efficiently and supervise kitchen staff - Manage and monitor inventory, recipes, and ensure food quality consistency - Coordinate and carry out meal preparation - Prepare meals using kitchen tools and appliances (food processors, mixers, blenders, ovens, grills) - Ensure high-quality plating and packaging of meals - Clean and maintain dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment according to hygiene standards - Maintain sanitary kitchen environment in compliance with health regulations - Ensure sufficient stock of cleaning materials
