Description
They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead and oversee daily restaurant operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring service excellence, driving financial performance, and enhancing the brand presence through both operational leadership and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including reservations, table assignments, and smooth service coordination between front-of-house and kitchen teams. - Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards are consistently maintained. - Manage POS operations, cash handling, and prepare daily sales reports. - Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff while fostering a positive team culture. - Conduct staff performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching to enhance service standards. - Deliver outstanding customer experiences by greeting guests, handling feedback, and building rapport with regular patrons. - Monitor and manage inventory, supplier coordination, and cost control to optimize profitability. - Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities. - Plan and execute social media and digital marketing initiatives, including content creation, promotions, and influencer collaborations. - Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms and maintain strong online presence. - Drive compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. - Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in restaurant or hospitality management. - Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire. - Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. - Knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and financial reporting. - Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, and branding initiatives. - Highly organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. - Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
