Responsibilities and Duties

* Support the overall management of kitchen personnel, guaranteeing efficient service delivery. * Directly oversee the preparation and cooking processes, maintaining consistent quality and flavor in all dishes. * Collaboratively develop and implement seasonal menus, contributing innovative and flavorful creations. * Uphold rigorous standards for food presentation, taste, and portioning, ensuring all dishes meet established specifications. * Assist in managing inventory, including ordering and stock control. * Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations. * Collaborate with the service team to ensure a smooth flow of service and optimal customer satisfaction. * Handle any additional tasks as assigned by the senior kitchen management.
