Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service. * Provide outstanding guest service, creating memorable dining experiences. * Drive revenue growth and maximize guest satisfaction. * Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively. * Schedule and supervise staff shifts, including part-time workers. * Lead and motivate the restaurant team. * Manage costs and minimize waste to optimize profitability. * Cultivate a positive and collaborative work atmosphere. * Monitor floor operations during meal times, ensuring adherence to service standards. * Handle restaurant opening and closing procedures. * Manage daily breakfast setup, given the restaurant's hotel location. * Respond to guest feedback on social media and digital platforms. * Ensure strict compliance with all local food safety regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Ability to work mandatory split shifts. * Availability to work six days per week, with overtime paid for hours exceeding 44. * Flexibility regarding weekly days off, based on business demands. * Willingness to work extended hours as needed. * Availability to work weekends and public holidays. * Strong command of written and spoken English. * Adherence to all regulations set by the local food agency.
