Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare and portion food ingredients effectively, both before and during service. * Uphold superior standards of food service, cleanliness, and sanitation. * Guarantee the freshness and quality of all items on the menu. * Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation and equipment. * Oversee and manage kitchen inventory and equipment. * Provide attentive and friendly customer service. * Complete any additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

* At least one year of experience cooking Japanese cuisine is preferred. * Solid foundation in fundamental kitchen techniques. * Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays. * Effective interpersonal and communication abilities. * A genuine passion for cooking and a collaborative team spirit.
