Our manufacturing client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join their growing team.** This role plays a vital part in supporting the sales team by ensuring accurate and efficient sales order processing, document preparation, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Meticulously process sales orders within the company system, verifying product details, pricing, and customer information for accuracy. * Prepare and maintain a variety of sales documents, including quotations, invoices, contracts, and comprehensive sales reports. * Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and any other sales-related documents as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Prior experience in a sales coordination role or a similar administrative position is preferred. * Experience working with SAP or ERP systems is a strong asset. * A keen eye for detail and accuracy is essential to ensure the integrity of sales data and documents. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the sales team and other departments. * Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a well-organized work environment.
