Responsibilities and Duties

* Participate in departmental meetings, pre-shift briefings, and scheduled training sessions. * Stay informed about customer demographics, seasonal trends, and special events, providing insights to management for strategic planning and budgeting. * Deliver a delightful and expertly executed dining experience for all guests. * Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the venue layout, capacity, operating hours of other related areas, and uphold the establishment’s grooming standards. * Proactively engage with guests to gauge their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. * Analyze guest feedback to identify and address any service delivery gaps. * Possess a thorough understanding of all venue services, features, and local attractions to accurately assist guest inquiries. * Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction. * Oversee and mentor the Wedding and Social Events Team. * Prepare and present sales reports and recommendations to management for informed decision-making. * Contribute to the career development and succession planning of team members.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A minimum of three years of supervisory experience within the service industry. * Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with guests and colleagues. * Possession of a Singapore food safety certification.
