Responsibilities and Duties

* Develop and refine menus, incorporating both new and established culinary creations to ensure diverse and high-quality offerings. * Finalize and perfect dishes before they are served to guests, ensuring exceptional presentation and taste. * Strategically plan and order necessary kitchen equipment and ingredients, proactively addressing any supply needs. * Coordinate and oversee necessary equipment repairs to maintain smooth kitchen operations. * Address and resolve any kitchen-related issues or quality concerns promptly and effectively. * Lead the recruitment, management, and training of all kitchen personnel. * Assess and manage staff workload and compensation fairly and efficiently. * Maintain accurate records of payroll and employee attendance. * Ensure strict compliance with all nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations. * Promote a collaborative and respectful atmosphere among all kitchen staff.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Significant and verifiable experience as a lead kitchen professional. * Demonstrated expertise in effectively managing all aspects of kitchen operations. * Proven ability to delegate tasks and monitor progress efficiently. * Exceptional communication and leadership skills. * Current knowledge of culinary trends and optimized kitchen procedures. * Certifications in health and safety training.
