Restaurant Manager

Description

This position offers the opportunity to support the Restaurant Manager in the daily management of restaurant operations. You will be a key player in ensuring smooth service, maintaining quality standards, and providing excellent customer support.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Operational Support and Administration: - Provide administrative assistance to the Restaurant Manager and ensure timely follow-up on tasks. - Support the Restaurant Manager in creating staff schedules based on business volume. - Manage incoming reservations and coordinate follow-ups on potential business opportunities. - Supervise and coordinate the ordering and distribution of store supplies. - Assist in seating guests upon arrival. - Quality and Standards Maintenance: - Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and safety. - Regularly inspect the cleanliness of tables, service stations, and operating equipment. - Ensure staff adhere to company uniform and grooming guidelines. - Staff Development and Training: - Maintain a training program to ensure staff have the skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively. - Guest Relations and Support: - Assist in handling guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and tact. - General Assistance: - Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
