Responsibilities and Duties

* Greet customers with enthusiasm and provide attentive service, including taking orders, serving food, and refilling beverages. * Maintain the cleanliness of tables and the overall restaurant environment to ensure a comfortable and inviting dining space for our guests. * Guide customers through our BBQ menu, offering recommendations on specialty dishes or meal combinations. * Address any customer requests or concerns with professionalism and a focus on providing excellent service. * Carefully pack take-out orders to ensure food is properly and securely packaged. * Ensure the timely restocking of essential daily restaurant supplies, tableware, and drinks. * Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other service team members to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery.
