Responsibilities and Duties

* Consistently deliver top-tier food quality that aligns with established culinary benchmarks. * Execute diverse cooking and food preparation tasks with precision and efficiency. * Manage food and product procurement, maintaining meticulous records and minimizing waste. * Track inventory, source fresh ingredients, and guarantee the quality of all culinary components. * Enforce rigorous adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations. * Resolve any kitchen-related challenges promptly and effectively. * Mentor and guide junior kitchen staff, ensuring their performance meets expectations. * Cultivate a positive and professional rapport with colleagues and customers. * Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. * Participate in required training sessions and meetings. * Accomplish additional job-related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

* At least five years of specialized experience in a supervisory culinary role, with a focus on Chinese cuisine. * Demonstrated proficiency in effective kitchen management. * Proven ability to delegate tasks and monitor progress efficiently. * Excellent communication and leadership capabilities. * Certification in health and safety protocols. * Capability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced setting. * Comfort and experience working within casual dining settings, such as food courts. * A strong collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork.
