You'll play a vital part in the daily flow, supporting our chefs and ensuring a smooth service.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Support chefs by helping with ingredient preparation and basic cooking duties. * Wash, peel, and cut vegetables, fruits, and other food items. * Measure and portion ingredients for various dishes. * Keep workstations tidy and organized. * Assist with plating and adding garnishes to dishes. * Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are clean and functioning correctly. * Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. * Help receive, verify, and store kitchen supplies.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Previous experience in a kitchen or dining setting is a plus, but not essential. * Ability to follow directions and work effectively within a team. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * A positive attitude and a desire to learn new skills. * Basic understanding of food safety and cleanliness standards.
