Responsibilities and Duties

*Take full responsibility for a dedicated station in the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are prepared in line with established standards. *Apply advanced cooking techniques to craft intricate, beautifully presented dishes typical of fine-dining establishments. *Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and plating for every order from your section. *Collaborate with fellow chefs to ensure efficient timing and flow during service. *Track inventory for your station and communicate with senior chefs on supply levels or ingredient shortages. *Keep your workspace clean, organized, and fully compliant with hygiene and safety regulations. *Step in to support general kitchen operations or handle additional duties when required.

Qualifications and Requirements

*Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen; prior exposure to fine-dining concepts is a strong plus. *Solid understanding of food hygiene, kitchen safety, and sanitation practices. *Clear communicator who works well with others and thrives in a team setting. *Genuine passion for the culinary arts and delivering high-quality food experiences. *Flexible and able to keep pace with a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
