We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated culinary professionals to join our dynamic kitchen team at a celebrated oyster bar and seafood restaurant. As a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in preparing exceptional dishes, maintaining our high culinary standards, and contributing to a positive and collaborative kitchen environment. Responsibilities and Duties
* Support the Junior Sous Chefs and Chef de Cuisine in all aspects of kitchen preparation. * Carefully and accurately prepare house-made ingredients. * Take ownership of a specific kitchen station, ensuring all dishes from that area meet the restaurant's quality standards. * Monitor and manage stock levels and inventory for your assigned station. * Adhere strictly to all kitchen cleanliness and hygiene protocols. * Undertake related tasks as a valued member of our close-knit culinary team.
Qualifications and Requirements
* A minimum of one year of experience working in a kitchen or culinary role, ideally with exposure to seafood preparation. * A genuine passion for creating high-quality food with a deep respect for ingredients. * A strong willingness to learn and develop your culinary skills – comprehensive training will be provided. * A positive and collaborative attitude.
