Responsibilities and Duties

* Kitchen Leadership: Support the Head Chef in ensuring efficient and smooth kitchen operations daily. * Cost Control & Inventory: Manage supply ordering, food costs, and minimize wastage to optimize profitability. * Quality & Improvement: Actively participate in quality initiatives, briefings, and meetings to continuously enhance culinary operations and meet targets. * Productivity Maximization: Drive productivity to ensure timely dish delivery without compromising on quality standards. * Team Development: Train and assist new kitchen staff to maintain consistency in work performance and foster team growth. * Hygiene & Safety: Ensure daily housekeeping and uphold proper hygiene practices across all kitchen operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a culinary role, preferably as a Sous Chef or similar. * Energetic and passionate about the culinary arts, thriving in a fast-paced kitchen environment. * Eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute positively to a supportive team. * Ready to prioritize guest satisfaction in all aspects of work with an attentive and proactive approach. * Willingness to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
