Responsibilities and Duties

Food Preparation and Execution: Assist in preparing food items by adhering to standard procedures, recipe cards, visual guides, and provided instructions. Prepare and cook food across various kitchen stations as directed by the culinary team. Ensure timely delivery of food items with consistent quality and presentation. Operational Coordination: Coordinate food production, manage stock levels, and maintain quality standards. Organize your workstation to ensure meals are served promptly and the work area remains clean and orderly. Quality Assurance and Control: Regularly assess the quality of prepared food, checking for taste and temperature, to meet company standards. Implement portion control measures according to recipes to minimize waste and spoilage. Hygiene and Sanitation: Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, workstations, and overall environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a culinary role. Possession of a Food Hygiene Certificate is preferred. Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. A motivated team player with excellent communication skills.
