Responsibilities and Duties

* Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, demonstrating exceptional people management abilities. * Contribute actively to menu development, ensuring accurate costing and up-to-date dish information. * Oversee kitchen inventory and organization, guaranteeing proper dating and storage of all food products for optimal quality. * Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and management on supply ordering, cost control, kitchen efficiency, and staffing. * Ensure all food preparation and presentation adheres strictly to recipes and standard operating procedures, meeting brand quality standards. * Address and resolve guest concerns and complaints effectively and professionally. * Train and mentor new kitchen staff, promoting their professional development and adherence to kitchen standards. * Implement and maintain proper purchasing, receiving, and food storage protocols. * Uphold rigorous grooming and hygiene standards for all kitchen personnel. * Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and functioning, promptly reporting any issues to management. * Support the company's expansion plans with culinary expertise and adaptability.
