A skilled and innovative culinary professional is needed to lead and manage kitchen operations, specializing in authentic Chinese "Zhu Chao" cuisine. This role focuses on creating and executing menus, training staff, and ensuring efficient and high-quality food production. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Chinese cooking and a passion for culinary excellence.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare and cook authentic Chinese "Zhu Chao" dishes to the highest standards. * Create and develop new and innovative dishes, showcasing culinary creativity. * Train and mentor new kitchen staff, ensuring they meet operational standards. * Oversee and manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. * Take charge of daily kitchen functions and report directly to the Head Chef. * Design and create exceptional menus, considering customer preferences and seasonal ingredients. * Purchase kitchen goods and manage daily kitchen operations within budget guidelines. * Maintain high standards of quality while controlling costs.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Proven ability to cook authentic Chinese "Zhu Chao" cuisine. * Minimum of five years of experience in the same culinary field. * Experience in training and mentoring kitchen staff. * Demonstrated ability to create and innovate new dishes. * Strong leadership and organizational skills. * Ability to manage daily kitchen operations effectively. * Knowledge of food purchasing and budget management. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
