Responsibilities and Duties

- Kitchen Team Leadership: - Guide and direct kitchen staff, providing leadership in the absence of the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef. - Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment. - Culinary Execution and Production: - Prepare dishes using fresh ingredients and high-quality, pre-portioned products. - Maintain exceptional standards for food production, preparation, and presentation. - Ensure the highest level of food quality. - Menu and Recipe Development: - Contribute to menu updates and innovation, documenting recipes, calculations, and culinary techniques. - Operational Management: - Manage daily ordering and inventory control. - Assist with administrative tasks to support kitchen operations. - Monitor the quality of all ingredients. - Team Collaboration and Guest Experience: - Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless service. - Understand and anticipate guest needs, striving to exceed expectations. - Staff Development: - Assist the Head Chef in creating an instructive environment for team members, including training and mentorship.
