Responsibilities and Duties

Dish Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality dishes according to our menu specifications, incorporating techniques from Japanese and French cuisines. Inventory Management: Monitor ingredient stock levels, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste through proper stock control practices. Hygiene and Safety: Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards, following established procedures for food handling, storage, and sanitation. Team Collaboration and Improvement: Collaborate with the kitchen team to improve operations, contributing ideas for menu development, cost control, and process optimization. Professional Development: Actively engage in skill-enhancing opportunities and be open to taking on additional tasks that contribute to the restaurant's success.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a full-service restaurant. A genuine passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering high-quality food. Possession of a valid Food Safety and Hygiene certification. Basic understanding of restaurant operations. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and culinary styles
