Description

This role involves assisting with the daily operations of a retail store, including merchandising, inventory management, and store upkeep. The Sales Associate will also provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, addressing their inquiries, and understanding their needs. This position offers opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist with daily store operations such as merchandise display, stock inventory, and store maintenance. * Greet customers, handle inquiries, determine customer needs and preferences, and provide excellent service. * Support other aspects of sales and store operations as needed. * Order and replenish stock on shelves. * Calculate sales prices and total purchases at the end of each day.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum GCE N/O Levels (or equivalent). * Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays. * Strong sales and service orientation. * Enjoy interacting with people. * Effective communication skills. * Prior retail experience is preferred. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Attractive salary with sales commission/incentives offered. * Work location within department stores.
