SALES DEMONSTRATOR

Description

This position focuses on driving sales growth within a designated sales channel. The Sales Executive will play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand existing customer accounts and identify new sales opportunities. * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. * Professionally address and handle customer feedback. * Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

* At least two years of relevant sales experience. * Experience managing multiple sales outlets and their employees. * In-depth knowledge of various fruits, including durians, from different origins. * Strong understanding of fruit pricing, quality assessment, and market trends. * Ability to work flexible schedules, including split shifts, evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays, especially during peak seasons.
