Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and ensure a consistently exceptional experience for our guests. As a key leader, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of service, maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, and leading a diverse team to success.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service. * Coordinate and supervise all aspects of service, ensuring that every customer enjoys a positive and memorable dining experience. * Monitor the quality of food and beverages, ensuring they consistently meet our established high standards. * Manage inventory, order necessary supplies, and oversee budgetary and financial operations. * Lead, train, and motivate a team of waitstaff, cooks, and other restaurant personnel. * Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner. * Perform any other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the restaurant.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A minimum of 3 years of proven experience within the Food & Beverage industry, ideally in a management capacity. * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with and guide a team. * Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting. * Flexibility to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by the business needs. * Excellent communication and customer service skills with a focus on creating positive interactions. * Proven ability to motivate and lead a team towards achieving common goals. * Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to food service operations.
