The Sales Associate promotes and sells health supplements, provides expert product advice, and ensures excellent customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing inquiries, maintaining inventory, supporting events and promotions, and building lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business.

Responsibilities and Duties

Proactively promote and sell the company's range of health supplements to customers. Identify customer needs and offer expert guidance on products and services to ensure satisfaction. Respond to product inquiries, providing detailed information on benefits and usage. Stay updated on industry trends, products, and market conditions to refine sales skills. Address after-sales concerns, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Build strong customer relationships through meaningful interactions to encourage loyalty. Conduct stock management, maintaining accurate inventory levels and organized displays. Coordinate roadshows, promotions, and events, ensuring smooth operations and high engagement.

Qualifications and Requirements

Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays. Previous sales experience is preferred but not required. Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply if they show a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow. Physically capable of standing for extended periods. Able to present a positive and professional image, demonstrating qualities such as kindness, cheerfulness, friendliness, and helpfulness.
