Restaurant Manager

Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead and manage the daily operations of our restaurant. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service and quality. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, from staff management to customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage and supervise all day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to established operational standards and procedures. * Plan and manage staffing levels to effectively meet the demands of the business. * Develop and nurture the team through ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. * Continuously identify opportunities for enhancing service, food, and beverage quality by analyzing service quality audit reports and developing appropriate action plans. * Address customer requests and feedback promptly and professionally. * Collaborate closely with the Chef to ensure a consistently high standard of food quality.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Experience in a premium restaurant setting is a plus. * A minimum of 5 years of working experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in upscale dining environments such as fine-dining restaurants or 4-star/5-star Chinese restaurants. * A strong drive to deliver consistent service, implement process improvements, and a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service. * Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese are essential, as the role requires understanding menus in Chinese and communicating effectively with Chinese-speaking customers, business partners, and colleagues. * A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
