Responsibilities and Duties
* Culinary Vision & Development: Work with the General Manager to develop and execute a culinary vision. Take responsibility for R&D, menu creation, adjustment, and kitchen configurations. * Operational Management: Manage the team during ordering and other kitchen operations. Supervise daily activities, prioritizing quality, safety, and productivity. * Standardization: Establish uniformity in recipes, culinary methods, and presentation to maintain brand consistency. * Supply Chain & Sourcing: Oversee supply chain logistics, ensuring timely deliveries and fostering strong relationships with suppliers. Optimize ingredient sourcing to uphold high quality while maximizing cost-efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Minimum of 2 to 3 years of kitchen experience is required. * Possess strong knowledge of food handling, hygiene regulations, and food preparation and cooking procedures for a specific station. * A degree in culinary management will be considered an advantage. * Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and supervise a team.
