Responsibilities and Duties

- Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant’s standards. - Ensure food preparation areas are clean and hygienic, and all food safety regulations are followed. - Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation to meet company standards. - Lead and supervise a team of cooks and trainees to execute daily operations efficiently. - Ensure adherence to portion control and actively work to minimize food waste. - Assist with the packing and organizing of cooked and uncooked food.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Proven experience in a similar role is preferred. - A minimum of **1 year of experience** in the F&B industry. - Strong understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment. - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Physical stamina to stand for long periods. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. - A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills. - Able to perform **split shifts**, work on **weekends and public holidays**.
