Kitchen Assistant

This role involves supporting daily kitchen operations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring efficient service. We're seeking a reliable and proactive person to contribute to our successful operations.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen environment, including restocking shelves with necessary supplies and condiments. * Prepare and distribute baked goods to customers, while upholding cleanliness standards. * Ensure the sales floor, service counter, and bakery area remain organized and presentable. * Prepare the bakery for both morning and evening service. * Inform management of any ingredient or equipment shortages requiring replacement. * Communicate with management regarding baked goods needing to be ordered. * Stock the bakery cooler and prepare items for customer orders. * Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the bakery area.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Demonstrated ability to manage work shifts efficiently. * Effective verbal and written communication skills. * Strong motivation to achieve and surpass service goals. * Availability to work either morning (6am – 4pm) or night (9pm – 7am) shifts.
