Kitchen Assistant

In this role, you will be integral to the meal preparation process, handling a variety of tasks from preparing fresh ingredients to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Responsibilities and Duties

* Help the Cook by preparing meal ingredients, including washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping various produce and proteins. * Stir and heat soups and sauces according to instructions. * Clean and properly store all cooking equipment, tools, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes. * Organize and store food supplies in the designated areas, such as the kitchen, cold room, and storeroom, ensuring proper storage. * Undertake any other related tasks as assigned by the team.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Must be available to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays. * Must be proactive and hardworking with a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and contribute to the team. * Possess good communication and interpersonal abilities.
