We are hiring Kitchen Assistants to support operations in Japanese ramen restaurants located across Singapore. The role involves assisting chefs with basic food preparation, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, handling supplies, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist with basic food preparation tasks under the supervision of chefs * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment * Support dishwashing and waste management as needed * Ensure ingredients and supplies are properly handled, stored, and replenished * Assist in plating and simple kitchen operations during service * Follow strict food hygiene and safety regulations * Provide support to the team in daily kitchen operations

Qualifications and Requirements

* No formal education required; training provided * Prior kitchen or food handling experience preferred but not required * Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment * Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices * Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays * Team player with a positive and dependable attitude
