Sales Executive

Description

Our expanding organization is seeking a driven Sales professional to join our team. This role is centered on sales and business development, with a focus on identifying new market opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The position requires strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills, as well as the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Perform market research to identify potential sales leads and understand customer needs. - Proactively pursue new business through methods such as cold outreach and professional networking. - Contact potential customers through various communication methods. - Develop and maintain robust client relationships to understand their requirements and offer customized solutions. - Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and surpass revenue goals. - Prepare and present compelling sales pitches to prospective clients. - Address client questions and objections in a professional manner. - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions for clients. - Maintain a precise and current sales pipeline. - Track the progress of leads and opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up actions. - Provide regular sales projections and reports to the sales management team. - Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements with clients according to established organizational guidelines. - Finalize sales transactions and establish long-term partnerships with clients. - Ensure all sales orders and related documentation are accurate and complete. - Provide excellent post-sale support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction. - Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and issues, resolving them efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements

- A diploma in Business, Marketing, or a similar field. - A passion for sales and enjoyment in interacting with people. - A self-starter with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets. - The ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team. - Access to personal transportation is preferred.
